1. General
1.1 Welcome to the website of the “Galgal Hagar Association” website (the “Site”).

1.2 The use of the website is subject to the terms and conditions of use detailed below (“the terms and conditions” or “terms of use”). The regulations regulate the relationship between the organization and any person who surfs and/or views and/or uses in any other way the website or the information contained therein. Be sure to review the regulations. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of the terms of use without any limitation or reservation, and the terms may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of the organization.

1.3 The organization maintains the privacy of the users of the website in accordance with the rules of the privacy policy published on the website as updated and changed from time to time by the organization. 3. The purpose of the site
The purpose of the site is to raise social awareness of the problem of poverty and to work to reduce poverty through assistance to populations in need by initiating voluntary activities, creating collaborations with other companies and associations and raising funds (hereinafter: “the purpose of the site”).
4. Services offered on the website
As part of the site’s purpose, the site offers the following services:
4.1 The website contains information, content and services, including the presentation of voluntary projects for which the user can apply to register.

4.2 Also, the organization allows surfers to donate money for the benefit of the organization’s activities.

4.3 The information appearing on the website is offered to users as it is (As Is). It is possible that the information is not accurate, complete or not updated, it has pen errors or other technical errors, and therefore, the organization is not responsible for inaccuracies, or for the lack of updating, or for errors and omissions that occurred in relation to the information or content, and the user will not have any claim in this regard.

4.4 It is hereby clarified that the organization does not undertake that all the information, content and/or services on the website will be provided continuously and regularly, and the organization may at any time and at its sole discretion and without prior notice to add and/or subtract from the information published on the website and/or from the services provided on the website (including the voluntary projects) and the user will not have any right and/or claim and/or demand against the organization and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith.

5. Privacy and databases
5.1 It is possible that some of the activity on the website will be conditioned on providing personal details on the website as needed (requesting registration for a voluntary activity or giving a financial donation), such as: full name, social security number, phone number, address and city of residence, e-mail address, etc., and any other details which is required to be submitted in the volunteering form or the donation form. The user must ensure that the correct details are provided.

5.2 Any delivery of personal details to the organization on the website will be in accordance with and subject to the organization’s privacy policy, which is an integral part of the terms of use.

5.3 It is hereby clarified that entering false personal details on the website is completely prohibited and is a criminal offense according to the provisions of the Penal Code and the person who does so is subject to legal, criminal and civil proceedings, including claims for damages for damages caused to the organization as a result.

6. Procedure for giving or canceling a donation
6.1 When making a donation on the website through the payment company, the credit card will be checked by the credit company. After the donation is approved, the organization will issue the donor a donation certificate in accordance with the provisions of the law.

6.2 Any user who has made a donation on the site will be entitled to contact the organization in order to change the amount of the donation or to cancel the donation according to the Consumer Protection Law, 5711-1981. 6.3 The organization will make the required change in accordance with the policy used at the time in the payment company. If the organization is charged by the payment company for the change or cancellation, the operator of the action will be charged for the aforementioned cancellation fee.

6.4 We do not collect or save credit data or payment method information, all payment method details are processed by the payment companies in accordance with their terms of service.

6.5 The organization may use the donation funds at its sole discretion, provided that its actions are carried out in accordance with the goals of the organization.

7. Limitation of liability
7.1 This service is not for profit and is made available to you as it is (“As Is”) and without warranty and/or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied and/or by operation of law (to the extent that the applicable law allows this). As far as the law allows and to the maximum extent it allows, the organization does not make any promises and will not be held responsible, including among others and without prejudice regarding merchantability, infringement of rights and suitability for a particular purpose (Fitness for Particular Purpose).
